Just had to say what a great job you guys have done for me. Thanks. I'd been trading (and losing!) for a couple of years and had given-up twice. Looking back I'd been a victim of the "this system will make you rich" syndrome. Your excellent training helped me see that trading is like any other job, just learn what you need to know, have realistic expectations, then "just do it". As you said This is trading just one contract on the S&P Mini.

All we do is look for a signal from a simple indicator, then watch the bars forming and trail an order to get into the market as soon as the market turns around, which it obviously has to at some point. Once in the trade we look to get out once the market has made a small move in our direction. We do this twice a day then turn off the computer! It's all about knowing when the market has reached Good eh.....
Because people - it's dull!! The following few years were a mix of highs and lows, profits came and went, I tried every imaginable trading system, I traded futures, options, stocks, forex; I traded on an intraday basis, daily, some trades even lasted months.
