I wish I would have read this book before I started. I got scam and ripped off more than once. I cant say enough about Blase and his ideas about vending. I had a situation with one of my vending accounts that involved a very complex contract negotiation. Blase spent a lot time with me to gain an understanding of my business and my goals for this customer. Do you know the number one reason most people fail when they get into vending?
